Nelson Engineering has provided planning, site design, utility engineering, structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, and surveying services for Affordable Housing units on many projects. Some of the residences are integrated into a commercial structure and some are multi-unit stand alone developments. Nelson Engineering has collaborated on projects for the Teton County Housing Authority, Teton County School District, the Northern Arapahoe Tribal Housing, and a variety of private land owners.
