Increasingly, land use planning and development permitting has become an important component of the construction process. At each of our office locations, Nelson Engineering is knowledgeable on the Land Development Regulations, departmental reviews, and submittals requirements for both town and county permitting. Typical submittals include site improvement plans, construction management plans, stormwater management, and buried utilities. Nelson Engineering has experience shepherding projects and helping to guide clients through the municipal review process. With Land Planners on staff, we have worked collaboratively on projects throughout the region as the primary contact, or as a professional resource for the Owner and design team.
